We urgently need minibus and car drivers to transport some of our members to and from our Weekly Cafes and occasional outings.  Our weekly sessions are held in Marlow on Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons.   If  you can help in any way, please email: contact@dementiaactionmarlow.org   or call 07771 982903. *We will reimburse you for use of your car at 45p per mile.

We are proud to announce we were presented with the Heart of Bucks award for the “Best Community Collaboration” last Thursday for our work with Horizon Rehabilitation and our weekly “Lets Get Moving” sessions. These have really helped our friends, and made noticeable improvements to their physical abilities - as well as having lots of fun.

Our monthly carers group continues to meet at the Pugin Rooms. This is a friendly welcoming group to anyone who is caring for someone living with dementia. We regularly invite guest speakers from local organisations who can provide support and information. We welcome ideas and suggestions. This session is specifically designed for Carers to get together and share experiences.
