We are proud to announce we were presented with the Heart of Bucks award for the “Best Community Collaboration” last Thursday for our work with Horizon Rehabilitation and our weekly “Lets Get Moving” sessions.


These have really helped our friends, and made noticeable improvements to their physical abilities - as well as having lots of fun.
