Carl Bradshaw's Toughest Challenge

Please take a look at what Carl is doing for Dementia Action Marlow, and consider donating?

"This time in 2 weeks I shall be competing in my toughest short race of my running career (40 years), the Chamonix Vertical Kilometre. A 3.8 km race which starts with a flat 1km then the rest is a run, walk, climb, scramble up 1000 metres of climb to the top of the mountain.

The gradient is from 25 to 60 degrees steepness, and the best mountain runners in Europe will be there. I am doing this for my parents, especially my Mum who has Alzheimer’s and my Dad who cares for her.

They are helped a lot by the Dementia Action Marlow charity who support my parents amazingly, both emotionally and in practical and social ways.

So, I am hoping to raise £1000 so they can continue to help everyone with this horrible disease.

If you could please help donate anything I would be appreciative, my just giving page is:

I have added some photos o give you an idea of what I’m about to put myself through for a great cause.
